As a Chief Air Traffic Controller, her years of service culminated in instructor and program manager tours at the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) Pensacola, FL and the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWC TSD) Orlando, FL. McAuley began her career in the United States Navy serving at various duty locations throughout her twenty-year career.
She has been a member of the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) and the Scholarship Committee for many years and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors. She previously worked for Raytheon as a Senior Program Manager on several critical DoD, FAA, and commercial aviation programs including the FAA Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS), Rolls-Royce Flying Testbed, Raytheon Multi-Platform Testbed, and ATC and Maintenance Engineering Operational Support. McAuley was the Program Director at Serco responsible for the company’s Aviation Training programs. (iBiz) in July 2020 as Vice President and oversees business operations including personnel, contracts, and business development activities. She has managed unique and complex programs for the government and industry through her extensive background in air traffic control (ATC) operations, simulation, innovation, and training services.
